A HFPA (Hollywood Foreign Press Association) divulgou hoje os indicados ao Globo de Ouro de 2004. Ele é considerado um dos prêmios mais importantes do cinema e da televisão americana, funcionando como uma prévia para o Oscar. O canal Sony irá exibir, com exclusividade, a cerimônia no dia 25/01, a partir das 22h. E a reprise, legendada, será no dia 01 de fevereiro, às 21h.

O grande indicado do ano foi Cold Mountain, que concorre a oito prêmios. Logo abaixo, estão Sobre Meninos e Lobos e Encontros e Desencontros, ambos com cinco indicações. A conclusão da saga O Senhor dos Anéis recebeu quatro indicações. As atrizes Renée Zellweger e Nicole Kidman, que nos últimos quatro anos foram indicadas três vezes cada uma, voltam a concorrer em 2004. Dessa vez, pelo menos, não competem entre si.
